Why Josetec
We measure every site ourselves. No sub-let, no phone quotes.

+400
Homes and workplaces fitted with Josetec steelwork — right across Kenya.
What we make
From a single security grille to a full window package, every job passes through the same workshop. We measure the site, cut and weld in-house, and install with our own crew. No sub-let, no surprises.

01

06

07
Entry canopies, driveway carports, polycarbonate + steel.

08
Bespoke steel — furniture, shelving, brackets, one-off pieces.
The materials
The palette we specify from. Every choice is a trade-off between weight, finish and cost — we walk through it on the site visit so you leave with a clear brief.
01 · Structural
Gates, doors, windows, frames, roofing. Powder-coated, painted, or galvanised.
02 · Fittings
304 for interiors, 316 for coastal and food-grade. Rails, staircases, kitchens.
03 · Lightweight
Anodised or powder-coated. Canopies, driveway gates, thin-profile windows.
04 · Heritage
Decorative section for ornamental gates and traditional railings.
05 · Security
Burglar-proof grilles, ventilation panels, security-mesh infills.
06 · Detail
Locks, hinges, tracks, motors — sourced from named brands, never grey-market.

How we work
Everything on this page came out of the same workshop, cut and welded by the same crew. The measuring, the fabrication, the installation — all done in-house.
That matters because the details that make steel last (the correct primer, the right weld pass, the third bracket you don't see) get lost the moment a job is passed along a chain.
When you call us, the person who answers is often the person who will be at your site with a tape measure the next day — wherever you are in Kenya.
“We'd rather do fewer jobs and get them right than promise ten and rush one.”
How we work
Every project runs through the same five stages — no hand-offs, no sub-let. The person who answers your call is often the person measuring your site.
01
You call, we listen. Site type, timeline, constraints. If it fits, we book a site visit.
02
Free site visit anywhere in Kenya. We come to you — notes, photos, the questions your architect might have missed.
03
A written proposal within 48 hours — scope, materials, timeline, payment schedule. No hidden line items.
04
Cut and welded in our own workshop. You are welcome to come and see it before install day.
05
Our crew installs on-site. Warranty documents signed on completion.
In their words
“They came the day I called, measured the whole boundary, and the gate was up two weeks later. No excuses, no chasing.”
“We had three fabricators quote our office windows. Josetec drove up from Nairobi, measured the whole building, and their proposal landed the same week.”
“The staircase came out even better than the render. The finish is exactly what my architect asked for.”
