Frequently asked
Before you write, maybe an answer here.
If your question isn't below, WhatsApp us on +254 799 107 685.
Are site visits really free?
Yes — free anywhere in Kenya. We come to you, measure the site, discuss options, and follow up with a written proposal within 48 hours.
How long does a typical project take?
Sliding gates: 2–3 weeks from measurement to install. Swing gates: 2 weeks. Steel windows: 3–4 weeks. Steel doors: 2 weeks. Larger custom pieces vary — we give a firm timeline with the written proposal.
What warranty do you offer?
Twelve-month workmanship warranty on every project. Motors and hardware carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2–5 years).
Where do you work?
Everywhere in Kenya. We are a mobile fabrication team — we come to you. Nairobi and the surrounding counties are covered by our own crew at no travel cost; further afield we quote travel + subsistence as part of the proposal.
What are your payment terms?
50% on order, 40% on ready-to-install, 10% on handover. Alternative schedules can be discussed for larger custom projects.
What materials do you use?
Mild steel for most gate, window and door work; stainless (304 or 316 depending on exposure) for railings and interiors; aluminium for lightweight canopies and thin-profile windows. All hardware — locks, hinges, motors — is from named brands, never generic imports.
